Meet author Ruth Altamura-Roll, author of the novel Tangled Hearts, an historical romance filled with intrigue, tragedy, love, passion and psychological drama. Its story exposes the human elements of raw emotion, from lust to love, jealousy and greed, fear and betrayal, hate, prejudice and acceptance. Admission is free, and the book will be available for purchase.
Altamura-Roll’s first novel, Tangled Hearts will “take you on intense relationships with the characters,” says the author. Their twists and turns reflect human nature that shapes all our lives and leads to healing. The story starts in 1863 on a battlefield of the U.S. Civil War and into the historic castle of Dunster, England, on the outskirts of Exmoor. Lose yourself in the lives, struggles and hardships of Anna Pembrook and Alexander Luttrell, Duke of Exmoor, who find themselves embroiled in an emotional tug-of-war to hope. If you love classic authors such as Jane Austin, the Brontë sisters, or Louisa May Alcott, you will find Tangled Hearts to be right up your alley.
